My name is Jenny Charles and I am a counsellor, with many years experience, based in Upminster, Essex.

Counselling Solutions is a professional, personal counselling and therapy service, dedicated to providing an accessible, confidential and affordable solution to a wide range of problems.

I offer telephone and online counselling (by zoom) to individuals.

Counselling sessions are completely confidential and are conducted in a safe and secure environment.
